Capital One in the middle

The Federal investigation into how deposed Gov. Eliot Spitzer paid for his high-cost hookers is centering around an account at Capital One that’s holding the cash for future campaigns.

Though Gov. Eliot Spitzer dubbed himself The Steamroller, we’re betting the moniker Client-9 will far outlast his James Taylor invocation.
